Knowledge universe
What am I looking at?
- One dot
- One past case: a move on a claim, and how it ended.
- Train and test
- The galaxy is the training cases, the claims the system learned from. The rimmed dots are Ammonix's moves on the 900 test claims it was scored on, which it had never seen. The training cases are never thrown away: they stay, as the memory every new decision consults.
- Color
- The kind of move. Bright means the claim ended paid, faint means it did not.
- Position
- Similar cases sit close together.
- Labels
- A neighborhood's shared move, and how often it worked there. The same move succeeds in one neighborhood and fails in another; that difference is what the system learns.
- Following
- Click any dot, or use Follow one claim, to draw that claim's path move by move.
- Deciding
- A new claim lands on this map and is decided by how its nearest neighbors ended.
